Er moet binnen 12-24 uur een pneumokokken-urineantigeentest worden ingestuurd; indien positief versmal het antibiotische beleid zo gauw patiënt verbeterd is of er een microbiologische diagnose is.
Er moet binnen 12-24 uur een Legionella-urineantigeentest verricht worden.
