General comments
NHG Standaard COPD 2015:
Bij patiënten met ≥ 1 criterium voor een ernstige exacerbatie die in de thuissituatie behandeld kunnen worden:
· In elk geval kuur orale corticosteroiden.
· Antibiotica zijn geïndiceerd afhankelijk van FEV1 en klinische infectieverschijnselen; bij FEV1 <30% antibiotica altijd geïndiceerd.
Beoordeel gerapporteerde penicilline allergie aan de hand van de anamnese.
