Candida pyelonefritis / symptomatische candidurie bij fluconazolresistentie: amfotericine B blaasspoeling 500ml 50mg/l 1 dd
Alleen bij patiënten met niertransplantatie, ernstige neutropenie of geplande chirurgische ingrepen aan de urinewegen behandelen als renale candidiasis.
