General comments
Bij goede respons na 2 weken overgaan op itraconazol po 200mg 2 dd, itraconazol spiegels bepalen (apotheek).
Totale duur van de behandeling 1 jaar mits CD4 langer dan 6 maanden > 150 zijn.
In alle andere gevallen doorgaan met secundaire profylaxe: itraconazol 200mg 1 dd.
