Priority: 2nd choice	Medication: ceftriaxon iv 2000mg 1dd + metronidazol iv 500mg 3dd
Priority: 3rd choice	Medication: amoxicilline + clavulaanzuur iv 1000/200mg 4dd

General comments

Bij immuungecompromitteerde of septische patiënten, moet antibiotica gericht zijn tegen enterobacteriaceae (met name E. coli) en anaerobe bacteriën (met name Bacteroïdes species).

Bij goede drainage van de galwegen en als de patiënt koortsvrij is, dan kan de antibiotica gestopt worden na 24 uur.

Als de bloedkweek positief is, behandelduur 3 dagen.
