	Medication: cefazoline iv 1000mg 3dd + gentamicine iv 5mg/kg 1dd	Remarks: continueren tot max. 72 uur bij sluiten huid stop antibiotica

Profylaxe idealiter toedienen 30-60 min voor de incisie.

Bij > 2 L bloedverlies gift herhalen.
