Enkel profylaxe geven bij hilaire of subhilaire stenosen, of intrahepatische stricturen waarbij volledige drainage waarschijnlijk niet bewerkstelligd wordt. Toevoegen gentamicine 5mg/kg eenmalig bij ernstig zieke patient of o.b.v. eerdere kweken. |
