General comments
NB Vanwege logistieke beperkingen op Bonaire t.a.v. dalspiegelbepaling en duur van kweekresultaten, heeft een aminoglycoside niet de voorkeur.
Na 1 week evaluatie van iv behandeling met arts-microbioloog en/of internist-infectioloog om eventueel te switchen naar oraal regime.
Totale behandelduur: 6 weken.
