General comments
Ceftazidim: indien mogelijk continu doseren, voorafgegaan door oplaaddosering.
Geïnfecteerde shunt zo mogelijk verwijderen, anders externaliseren.
Bij voorkeur 10 dagen behandelen voor plaatsing nieuwe shunt.
