General comments
Zo mogelijk switch naar oraal op geleide van de urinekweek. Zie voor orale opties zie cystitis bij zwangeren.
Na voltooien behandeling urinekweek herhalen.
Wanneer een groep B-Streptokok (GBS) gekweekt wordt bestaat de indicatie voor antibiotische profylaxe rond de baring, waarvoor consult gynaecoloog.
