General comments
Sekspartner(s) meebehandelen/waarschuwen, evt via GGD/Publieke Gezondheidszorg.
Benzathinabenzylpenicilline (Penidural): zo nodig 1.2 milj. IU oplossen in 2 ml lidocaine 20 mg/ml + 2 ml NaCl 0.9% in elke bil.
Bij HIV co-infectie en zwangeren sterke voorkeur voor gebruik van penicillines.
Doxycycline is gecontraïndiceerd in 2e/3e trimester van de zwangerschap.
