General comments
Na 1 week evaluatie van iv behandeling met arts-microbioloog en/of internist-infectioloog om eventueel te switchen naar oraal regime.
In geval van amoxicilline-resistente enterokokken: overleg over mogelijkheid linezolid per os.
Totale behandelduur 12 weken, tenzij prothese geheel is verwijderd. Dan behandelen als osteomyelitis.
