General comments
Zo mogelijk antibiotische therapie versmallen op basis van kweek.
Behandelduur: afhankelijk van focus en verwekker. De antibiotische therapie staken bij patiënten zonder focus en met negatieve bloedkweken na 48 uur incubatie van de bloedkweken.
Bèta-lactam en vancomycine: indien mogelijk continu doseren, voorafgegaan door oplaaddosering.
Bij vancomycine is spiegelcontrole noodzakelijk.
