PrEP ter voorkoming van HIV infectie

Truvada = emtricitabine/tenofovirdisoproxil 200/245mg

SOA screening

Voor start PrEP en elke 3 maanden: Chlamydia trachomatis, gonorroe PCR op urine, keel- en anuswat. Treponema pallidum (=lues/syfilis) screening, HIV combotest, ALAT (Indien ALAT verhoogd, dan HCV RNA bepalen), kreat, urine dipstick op eiwit en glucose.

Voor start PrEP eenmalig: HCV serologie, hepatitis B serologie (anti-HBc, anti-HBs en HBsAg). Indien mogelijk vaccinatie tegen hepatitis B. Zie link.

Na 1 maand PrEP: kreat, HIV-test
